We have put many measurements in place to ensure your safety including new screens and spaced out tables. We have many other measures in place – table service for ordering (via our in-house QR code), sanitiser stations, hazard tape for access and much more.
We are taking bookings for our front and back gardens and also inside.
In the past eight years The Colonel Fawcett has built up a reputation for serving up some of the best British food in the area and has gone from strength to strength, picking up prestigious awards along the way such as The Observer Food Monthly Best Roast in the U.K.
Provenance, sustainability and seasonality is key to our head chef Mike Berry’s ethos. We use meats from Dedham Vale, Tudge’s & Daphne’s lamb, our fish is from Marr Fish and our delicious vegetables from Camden locals, Ormond’s fruiterers.
Everything is made inhouse – from pickles, to chutneys and beyond; aside from our bread which is from local bakers, Spence.
